TWD: No Pumpkin Muffins this week

Sorry, folks, I've been doing other baking this week and did not make the Pumpkin Muffins. I did try an adaptation of the Caramel-Nut-Topped Brownie Cake, and made a Pink Apple and Cranberry Galette that is just about to come out of the oven. See you next week for the Chocolate-Chocolate Cupcakes. Meanwhile, please head over to Tuesdays with Dorie and check out all the fabulous pumpkin muffins!

Well, the caramel-peanut topped brownie cake looks great and I'm curious about that galette!!

Okay...you do sound very busy...but still, I was hoping to see pumpkin muffins here and read all your great tips that you share each week. I will just need to be patient for next week, I guess. If you insist. Okay. I will. LOL...see, you were missed!

I have not made my muffins either - but it is still Tuesday morning and I'm tempted to just make one big bundt cake rather than muffins, might be a little easier. We'll see if I can get it in today or if I end up taking a pass!

Barbara, thanks for the welcome to TWD. We'll miss you this week, but that galette sounds delicious...just as appropriate for fall!

Oooh, your other baked goods sound great. The pumpkin muffins were subtle; whether you'd like them depends on your view of pumpkin. See you next week.

I think your optional recipe sounds delish. Ah the flakey crust is so tempting. You were missed, we'll be reading next week.
